Yes although I would get a pair of the impact plastic type rec specs that are prescription and sold at most optical places. They have come down in price since fifteen years ago and will keep your regular glasses from getting broke or bent up.
you could by I certainly wouldn’t recommend doing so. it would be a bad idea to wear glasses when you spar or fight and when you train you should train as you would fight.

Yeah, but not reccommended. Like the other poster, check into the sport goggle-type glasses. They’d be safer for you and your partner.
I would get the goggle type. Wearing glasses while sparring can be dangerous for you and your partner.

go with the goggle type glasses for sport use
you can also get headgear with a face cage
its either that or spar blind!
yes you can options
you can get the goggle type down fall is that you will look like a Bug or
you could spar blindly
or you can take a chance of Ur normal glasses getting broken
Sports Goggles or Contacts
If I was doing tournament sparring I would go with Contacts. You can take the time to wash your hands and do it right.
But for the quick transitions from floor work to sparring I’m going with sports goggles.
